Take Note of the:

-Bold colors-

The vibrant orange and yellow in the middle are sure to relentlessly draw any and everyone’s attention, the brightly contrasting owl necklace at the top makes itself known amid the dark blue and black, and the reddish-violet nail polish is a subtle warm hue to spice up the navy and black.

-Diversity-

All of these looks are radically different.  The top is playful and daring, the middle is casual and sunny, and the bottom is sexy and mysterious.  It’s important to keep your look as more of a set of styles all mixed together-don’t be all bright colors all the time or you’ll end up looking like a clown in an effort to cram in all the pretty colors into the same damn outfit, unfortunately, it just doesn’t work that way. Similarly, all dark shades will leave you chasing sexy and falling short as tired and undoubtedly craving sunlight.

-Interchangeability-

Yes, that amazing floor-length gown looks fantastic on you, but when will you wear it really? Try to choose all of your clothes keeping in mind what you can wear everything with. Stunning outfits are good, but stunning outfits with pieces you can switch out or add to are even better.  Since i’m off to college soon, i can relate to all of you looking to downsizing your apartment or budgeting more closely while still keeping up with the trend. We face fashion struggles every day, but stay strong sisters-we got this. ❤ 🙂

Last Note:

Yes, the actress who I’ve chosen to be my Heather ‘Missy’ Flintridge is actress Olivia Wilde.  We all need a bit of creativity to carry us through the days when we really don’t want to face the world. Any part of it. At all. Ever. But we have to, and sometimes we just have to make our own happy. My happiness comes from creating things-I do it all the time, I can’t help it. So I created Missy and her fiery attitude to inspire the three sets above.  I’m sure that there will be more of these colorful characters, and I’m hoping that I’ll be able to build off of Missy and her soon-to-be crowd of misfits to explore the many faceted face of the fashion world.

Thank you all for reading, I hope you enjoyed and there will be more to come!
